DiverseTalent Services, Inc. (DTSI), the company behind kazaama.com, is a women-led stock corporation established in 6 February 2024. It was founded to promote job opportunities for people with disabilities and cultivate an inclusive work environment.
The company highlights the need for organizations to change their mindset to proactively offer job opportunities to people with disabilities. Furthermore, DTSI recognizes the importance of establishing a secure and sustainable workplace for individuals with disabilities. We also advocate for forming strategic alliances with both the private and public sectors to introduce a comprehensive workplace readiness program that covers everything from engagement to empowerment.
